The Nectar Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in the heart of the Lowcountry. We brew beer right here in historic Bluffton, SC, using only the finest ingredients and traditional brewing methods. Our beers are full of flavor and character, and they pair perfectly with our inspired local cuisine.
Our brewery at Nectar Farm Kitchen Bluffton is a four barrel, electric brewing system located on the second floor of the restaurant. Our system has six fermentation vessels, and two bright beer vessels. It takes a full day to brew a batch of beer, and another two to three weeks before it is ready to serve at the pub.
We use the finest malts and hops from around the world to create the most authentic and innovative craft beers possible. We have five Year -Round beers and one or two seasonal selections, in addition to featuring guest brews from other local breweries.
Stephen Streeter – Master Brewer
Stephen is a veteran of the craft brewing industry, with more than 15 years of professional experience.
What started as a hobby in his kitchen has grown into a career and an obsession. Even with many years of professional brewery experience, he continues to learn and grow, driven to pursue perfection in every batch of beer he brews. He has been a leader in craft breweries ranging from niche locations up to large regional breweries, winning numerous state and national medals.
He studied brewing at the Siebel Institute of Technology – one of the most respected brewing schools in the world the World Brewing Academy. In addition to his impressive studies, he is also a National rank BJCP beer judge.

Nectar Brewing Company is located above the restaurant and is an integral part of nectar Farm Kitchen. We believe that good beer should be enjoyed with friends, and our brewery is designed to bring people together. We brew our beer right on site, and we use only the finest ingredients. Our goal is to create a unique and memorable experience for everyone who visits us.
