Whether you’re looking to build confidence with instructor support or you’re ready to play independently, choose the ticket that’s right for you. Please review the ticket descriptions below before purchasing.
Guided Play Ticket
Designed for players who’ve completed at least one Mahjong 101 class, Guided Play allows players to strengthen their skills through gameplay with instructor support. This is not a lesson. An instructor will be available to assist with game flow, rules questions, hand selection, strategy, and other needs throughout play.
Open Play Ticket
Open Play is designed for players who can complete a game from start to finish without instructor support. An instructor will be available to answer rules questions but will not be available to provide assistance with strategy, hand selection, or game flow.
Players must bring their own NMJL card. Participants are welcome to bring their own Mahjong sets if desired; however, tiles, mats, and racks will be provided.
